1. Return Eligibility

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon verification, Villa 55 may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at its discretion.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
5. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, Villa 55 will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
6. Shipping Charges
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Villa 55.
Any additional delivery or installation charges are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered production, preparation, or shipping, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Custom-made or special-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
